Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to collaborate with our in-house team of producers, video editors, and social media managers to deliver on-brand templates and stunning visuals for a variety of client projects. You’re a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for marketing and branding.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team. From designing social media graphics to creating sub-brands for product launches, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing client visions to life through exceptional design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sub-Brand Development
Design unique, cohesive sub-brands for client product launches, ensuring they complement the parent brand while delivering fresh, compelling visuals.

2. Template & Graphic Creation
Create templates, social media graphics, and other visuals that elevate client content across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with producers, video editors, and social media managers to design on-brand assets for various projects.

3. Social Media Graphics
Develop engaging graphics for social media campaigns, adhering to client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to ensure all visual elements align with creative direction and project goals.
Collaborate on creative strategies to enhance visual storytelling across platforms.

5. Brand Consistency & Innovation
Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency while integrating innovative, eye-catching elements.
Continuously seek opportunities to push creative boundaries within brand guidelines.

What You Bring:

Experience:
3+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on digital marketing, branding, and social media content creation.
Proven experience in developing sub-brands and creating high-quality templates and graphics for digital platforms.

Technical Skills:
Expertise in Canva and Figma is essential.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Adaptable and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in designing for fast-paced, client-driven environments.
Experience working in a creative agency or with diverse brands.
Familiarity with additional design tools or animation software is a plus.
