High Commission Sales Rep Needed!

Job Description:

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for appointment setting? Our growing startup digital marketing agency, specializing in the orthodontic and dental space, is seeking one or two driven individuals to help us secure high-quality appointments with potential clients.

We’re looking for experts who can leverage their outreach skillset, whether that’s through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, or other methods, to connect with orthodontic and dental practices.

-50% commission on each successfully closed sale (after the appointment is set).

Responsibilities:

-Conduct outreach (via LinkedIn, cold calling, B2B, etc.) to orthodontic and dental practices to schedule appointments for our leadership team.

-Identify and qualify leads for our digital marketing services.

-Schedule appointments with key decision-makers at orthodontic and dental offices.

-Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified appointments to the CEO for closing.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in sales, particularly in appointment setting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, B2B, etc.).

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and stay motivated to meet appointment-setting goals.

Bonus: Experience in the orthodontic/dental space or digital marketing services.

Note: You won’t be responsible for closing sales—our CEOs will handle that. Your role focuses solely on setting qualified appointments.
