The ideal candidate will have expertise in HighLevel CRM, focusing on lead tracking, nurturing, and automation through email and SMS. You will be responsible for designing workflows, optimizing lead engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. Responsibilities:
– Set up and manage CRM systems for lead tracking and nurturing.
– Build automated workflows for SMS, email, and database reactivation campaigns.
– Create automated follow-up sequences for leads (emails, SMS, etc.).
– Manage tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign for seamless lead nurturing.
– Design follow-up campaigns, loyalty programs, and offers to retain existing customers.
– Track and analyze customer retention metrics to improve client lifetime value (CLV).
– Manage appointment-setting services and lead forms.
– Ensure leads are qualified and efficiently moved through the sales pipeline.

CRO Responsibilities:
– Monitor lead behavior in the CRM to identify opportunities for landing page improvements.
– Share feedback with the Copywriter and Paid Ads Specialist to optimize messaging and targeting.
