I am looking for someone to give me a full set of building plans based off of the example that I am attaching below! They need to be fully compliant to the building codes of the state of Georgia.
I need the PDFs & DWG CAD files for both crawl space and slab on grade options and to have them formatted to print at 24 x 36.
I need the roof pitch to be done with a 6/12 roof pitch instead of the 8/12 in the example.
I also need the roof to be shown with shingles and not the metal roofing in the example.
Also I have attached 3 reference pictures one of which is a picture of the plan requested and the other two are alternate front porch ideas that I would like done as well so that I can build multiple of these on the same street without it looking too “copy and paste”.
Could I have mirrored versions of them as well!
