We are seeking an HR specialist with experience supporting employees in New York States and handling Trinet, an EOR (Employer of Record) vendor. This role involves overseeing HR operations, providing responsive support to NY- based employees, and ensuring smooth collaboration with TriNet. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling HR responsibilities effectively.
Key responsibilities :
– Employee support : Work closely with NY based employees to address their HR related needs, including benefits, leaves, payroll and other inquiries. Provide clear and timely support, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively and in alignment with company policies.
– Training and development : Provide training to employees in Japan to enhance their skills, knowledge and ensure alignment with company policies.
– TriNet coordination : Ensure seamless communications, timely resolution of issues, and alignment with business objectives to support smooth HR operations.
– HR Project : Providing structured Training sessions and materials to introduce New York HR processes and compliance requirements to junior HR staff in Japan
Required qualifications :
– Hands on experience managing EOR vendors including TriNet
– Experience in supporting HR operations for employees in New York
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address employee needs
– Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Preferred qualifications :
4+ years of HR experience in a related role
Job Expectation and conditions
– Contract terms ; 3 month contract with potential for renewal
– Hours : 25-40 hours per months
– Weekly meeting : Ability to attend online meetings once a week, scheduled between 9AM to 11 AM Japan standard time (JST).
