Inbound Call Screening, Appointment Scheduling, Inbound Support/Customer Service, Internal & External Appointment Reminders

RFPs/RFQs
This person will create Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotes (RFQs) for government and private projects in the USA and be involved throughout the process.
– Conduct thorough research to identify and pursue grant opportunities
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal compliance
– Write persuasive and compelling grant proposals
– Review and edit proposals to ensure accuracy and clarity

Note—you must be able to work with the client and team via video call and have excellent US spelling and grammar. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone or Zoom, be detail-oriented, and be able to work under tight deadlines.
