We are seeking an experienced Instructional Content Designer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop engaging and effective content for an Adaptive Theatre Mini-Course. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles and the ability to create adaptable learning materials that cater to diverse audiences. You will collaborate with our team to ensure that the course content is both informative and interactive, enhancing the overall learning experience. A little more about the project:
The courses will be transferred to an online e-learning platform. They should be at a length that it would take the user 1-2 hours to take. We are looking for written content embedded in research but that reads as a course, 5 “quiz” questions for the end of the module, 1-2 accompanying authentic videos created by you (can be an explainer video, examples, etc.), and 1-2 resource documents to accompany the course.
