Looking for an interior designer with expertise in 3D rendering software to help me create a detailed, interactive 3D model of my home. This model will be used to visualize furniture, wallpaper, rugs, and other décor items in each room before making purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will combine technical skills with a strong eye for design to create a realistic and user-friendly rendering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with me to understand the layout, dimensions, and design vision for my home.
• Create a high-quality 3D render of the house based on provided floor plans, photos, and measurements.
• Develop an interactive model that allows easy input and swapping of furniture, wallpaper, rugs, and other design elements.
• Ensure textures, lighting, and proportions in the render are accurate and realistic.
• Provide guidance on furniture placement, color schemes, and design cohesion as needed.
• Deliver final render files in a format that supports customization or provide access to a platform/tool for ongoing use.
