A California-based company is rolling out a game-changing highly-patented new social commerce app globally, beginning on college campuses and targeting college students.

Co-founded by the only other team (other than Facebook’s Zuckerberg-led team) that previously dominated the college market social space, this new platform includes a revolutionary highly-patented engagement and monetization model that generated $200M USD during alpha testing with 800,000 users.

In anticipation for the beta rollout, the alpha product has been re-architected, re-developed and now re-launched, and the rollout process has begun on college campuses utilizing local feet-on-the-street “Territory Owners” all over the world.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Interviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with Territory Owner candidates, recording their responses, and compiling interview notes to assist the management team in making informed selection decisions. This position is critical in ensuring a seamless and efficient selection process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured interviews with candidates based on pre-approved questions.
Accurately record candidate responses and key observations during the interviews.
Assess and document candidate communication skills, technical expertise, and cultural fit as directed.
Provide clear and concise interview summaries to the management team for evaluation.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and interview results.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
Offer feedback on the interview process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to record accurate information.
Familiarity with common interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
Ability to remain impartial and objective during the interview process.
Proficiency in using recording tools, applicant tracking systems, or similar technologies.
Prior experience in recruitment, interviewing, or human resources is preferred but not required.
