Summary
Using the TimeStar mobile app for IOS, previous punches for employees are not showing under ‘Recent Activity’ within the ‘Time Punch’ menu.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to: https://mytimestar.com/staging
2. Login:
1. User: Admin
2. Password: master
3. Select employee in the top drop down: Acosta, Salbador
4. On the left hand nav, go to Account, then Devices
5. Click ‘Onboard Supervisees’ tab
6. Click the + button next to Acosta, Salbador
7. An onboarding code will generate.
8. Download the ‘TimeStar’ mobile app in the app store, then plug in the onboarding code from above to onboard the device
9. In the app, go to ‘Time Punch’.
Results
Notice that no punches are showing under recent activity
Expected Results
Previous punches should show under ‘recent activity’. You can see these punches under ‘TimeSheet’
