This role will involve engaging with HR managers, introducing our qualified candidates, and facilitating placements while collecting a finder’s fee for successful matches. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network within various industries, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Sourcing
Proactively identify and source job openings suitable for the agents in our database across various industries.
Conduct market research to stay informed about potential job opportunities and industry trends.

2. Client Engagement
Establish and maintain relationships with HR managers and decision-makers in companies looking to hire talent.
Introduce agents from our pool of candidates, highlighting their qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Follow up with HR managers to encourage the consideration of our candidates and gather feedback.

3. Facilitation of Placements
Coordinate the placement process between candidates and HR managers, ensuring a smooth transition.
Collect and manage finder’s fees upon successful placements, ensuring compliance with company policies.

4. Database Management
Maintain an organized database of agents and their qualifications, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Track the status of submitted candidates and job offers in the database.

5. Reporting and Feedback
Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate placements, and fee collections.
Gather feedback from clients and candidates to enhance the recruitment process and improve service offerings.
