We are launching a dog training program February 1st. I need a way for pet parents to register for our classes immediately. I need a very simple landing page to handle the registration and payment system with an integrated/automated email follow up system.
1. Design is critical. I need something consistent with our brand but a modern page design that is elegant, clean, minimalist but informative.
2. Visitors must be able to register for the class and pay for the class. We have a first class is free policy but I don’t want to chase payments later so they need to be provide billing information and then we will run their credit cards the day after their first class. So we need to be able to change this based on the class dates.
Registration information should include:
1. Pet Parent Name (first and last)
2. Address
3. Phone Number
4. Email
5. Dogs Name
6. Breed
7. Age
8. Training Goals (check boxes)
A. Better Leash Behavior
B. Improved Socialization Behavior
C. Improved Obedience
D. Reduced General Anxiety
E. Improved Human Bond
The course are 4 weeks (one session per week). Each session is 1 hour long. I will provide the address of the training locations after we get the design nailed down.
I think I want to add a couple of videos from our trainers and our CEO talking about the importance of our unique brand and the value of this dog training. Please consider that in your design.
