Job Title: Lemon Law Attorney
Salary Range: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 annually + Bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Full-time/Remote Opportunities Available)

Your Role Will Include:
● Assessing the validity and strength of Lemon Law claims under California statutes.
● Providing expert legal advice and support to clients navigating defective vehicle claims.
● Reviewing repair records, warranty terms, and documentation to establish case merit.
● Conducting client consultations and maintaining open, professional communication
throughout the case lifecycle.
● Crafting and implementing effective legal strategies to pursue remedies, including
refunds, replacements, or settlements.
● Diligently researching state and federal laws relevant to Lemon Law cases.
● Skillfully negotiating settlements or preparing for arbitration, mediation, or trial.
● Maintaining an exceptional standard of client service and professional demeanor.
