We are seeking for a Live Chat Agent to assist with remote functions of website interface. Someone to respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email, providing accurate information and assistance regarding E-commerce products, orders, and services, provide customer support, answer inquiries, and assist users through online chat platforms and can communicate customer feedback to other teams, including the technology, product, marketing and sales teams. You will be assisting with logins, answer FAQ, and assisting with coupons. Other duties will also be done throughout a 4-5 hours shift to 5 days a week.
