Brick Fitness, a growing community-focused gym, is looking for a talented and versatile All-in-One Digital Marketer to join our team. We need someone who can manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and design compelling visuals using Canva to drive engagement and attract new members.
This role is ideal for a creative self-starter who is passionate about fitness marketing and wants to make a big impact on a small business.
Responsibilities:
Facebook Ads Management:
Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to promote programs and events.
Research and implement effective audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
Google Ads Management:
Design and run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max) to attract local clients.
Conduct keyword research and implement effective bidding strategies.
Track and optimize campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Canva Design:
Design engaging ad creatives, social media posts, and event flyers.
Maintain consistency with Brick Fitness’s branding across all visuals.
Content Scheduling:
Plan and schedule posts on social media platforms.
Collaborate on a content calendar for promotions like “Bring a Friend Day” and January campaigns.
Performance Reporting:
Generate reports for campaigns, highlighting key metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROI.
Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign results.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Skilled in Canva for designing graphics and layouts.
Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation for both platforms.
Experience with keyword research and bidding strategies for Google Ads.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Passion for fitness marketing is a bonus!
