Localization and Regional Test Case Validation

Localization:
I have a mobile game that is available in 10 languages. The developer has told me that if a user downloads the app and one of the system language on their phone is set to one of the languages in the app, the app will automatically display the app in the language of the system language. Otherwise, it will default to English. I need someone to set their phones default language to the languages in the app and validate that the app automatically updates to a system language that matches the apps language options.

Regions:
The app has very strict region rules. It is only allowed in certain countries. And in some of those countries, it is only allowed in certain regions. I need you to use a VPN to test every country and state/province in a country where it is allowed and make sure it works. I also need you to test it in every country it is banned and state/provinces within a country that have banned it (although other states in a country allowed it). For example, it’s banned in Pakistan, so you need to verify it doesn’t work in Pakistan. However, it is allowed in America, but not in the states of New York and Oklahoma. You would make sure it works in every state except New York and Oklahoma.

To recap, here are the region testing scenarios:
Have someone validate the region restrictions by trying to access Lucky Road:
o In every US state it’s allowed
o In every US state it’s banned
o In every Indian state it’s allowed
o In every Indian state it’s banned
o In every country it’s allowed
o In a country it’s banned
o To make sure it’s run every time they play, do a version where they open the app from a region where it is allowed, which allows them to advance. Then VPN to a region where it is not allowed (1st test is to see if the region restriction implements while the app is open. Then try another test where you close the app, change VPN to a restricted region, then see if the restriction is implemented when the game is opened.)
