We are looking for a long term video editor that can stick with us for a long time and do video editing for 2 full length videos (about 8-15mins each) and 2 shorts (each short related to each full length video) – per week.
Here are two examples of a full length video and a matching short.

We will provide the raw video footage and raw audio files and expect the editor to create the video and short – to match the style, look & feel of the videos on the channel.
(We will also provide instructions on what type of elements we want, like subtitle style, etc.)
We will have a schedule that the editor will follow, but in general, since these are simple edits – we are looking for a 24-36 hour turn-around time for each video & matching short. (If you can do it even sooner, the better.)
In terms of requirements, we are looking for:
– Experienced editor with a creative eye
– Works in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
– Has ability to download large 4k files fast & easily
– Has powerful enough system to work with 4k files
– Excellent communications, likes to over communicate
– Extremely dependable and reliable and never misses deadlines
– Has ability to turn around edits quickly after review
– Willing to jump on zoom calls to review video edits (when needed)
On average, the full length edits take about 2 hours for us (we are assuming a professional would take less time). And we would like for the editor to be available for quick revisions after the draft is sent to us.
Our budget is $30 per full length video, $10 per short – so $80 per week.
Which is $320 per month.
