What I’m Looking For:
✅ At least 5 years of experience creating YouTube thumbnails
✅ Ability to turn around thumbnails in 24-48 hours
✅ Fluent in English with strong communication skills
✅ A strong understanding of YouTube trends, CTR, and the importance of visual storytelling
✅ Experience working with personal finance, business, or entrepreneurial content is a plus
✅ Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly
✅ Must deliver high-resolution, optimized thumbnails that are ready to upload
✅ Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools
What Success Looks Like:

Clean, bold designs that pop on mobile devices
Clear, engaging text and visuals without being overwhelming
Designs that fit my brand aesthetic but stand out in the crowded finance and entrepreneurship niches
A strong collaborative working relationship with quick communication
Sample Tasks:
Creating 3-5 unique thumbnail variations per video
A/B testing different styles to maximize CTR
Staying up to date on trends in the credit, personal finance, and entrepreneurship spaces
Working with me to refine the style guide as the channel grows
