Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business by reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to a targeted list of businesses to introduce our answering services and Business optimization services.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and explain the benefits of our services.

Qualify leads by determining their interest, need, and budget for our services.

Schedule appointments for the sales team to discuss our services in more detail with qualified leads.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.

Follow up with potential clients as needed to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies based on feedback and results.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone presence.

Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to manage customer data efficiently.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of Google My Business and answering services is a plus but not required.

Additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
