We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with various tasks related to managing and optimizing our Amazon seller account. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Amazon’s platform and a proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Create and update product listings, including detailed descriptions, images, and keywords, to maximize visibility and sales.
👉 Monitor inventory levels, restock products as needed, and ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment.
👉 Keep a close eye on pricing trends and competitors, making strategic pricing adjustments as necessary.
👉 Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
👉 Manage and respond to product reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
👉 Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability and SEO.
👉 Regularly analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide insights for improvement.
👉 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
👉 Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to increase product visibility.
Required Skills & Experience:
👉 Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant..
👉 Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and its various tools.
👉 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
👉 Excellent communication skills.
👉 Knowledge of Amazon SEO and best practices.
👉 Familiarity with Amazon PPC advertising is a plus.
👉 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
This is a remote position with flexible working hours. However, it’d be great if we could sync up for at least 3-4 hours during my workday to chat about what’s going on in the business.
