Job Summary:
As a Bilingual Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential property sellers, qualifying leads, and generating interest in our real estate wholesale services. You will use your exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish to engage with prospects, build rapport, and set appointments for our acquisition team. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong sales abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate wholesaling.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential property sellers from provided leads.
Use persuasive communication skills to engage prospects and present our services.
Maintain a high volume of calls per day while adhering to quality standards.
Qualification of Leads:
Assess the needs and motivations of potential sellers through targeted questioning.
Identify and document key information about properties and sellers, including property condition, ownership status, and urgency to sell.
Prioritize leads based on predefined criteria and forward qualified leads to the acquisition team.
Bilingual Communication:
Conduct calls and conversations fluently in both English and Spanish
Effectively translate and convey information between languages as needed.
Adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences and cultural contexts.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Accurately enter and update lead information in our CRM system.
Track and report daily call activity, lead status, and conversion rates.
Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to calling strategies.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
Continuously improve calling scripts and approaches based on feedback and performance.
Compliance and Professionalism:
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Ensure respectful and professional interaction with all prospects.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Experience with BatchDialer phone service.
Experience in Sales or Telemarketing: Proven track record in cold calling or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
Familiarity with Real Estate Wholesaling: Understanding of basic real estate concepts and terminology is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess lead potential and adapt strategies as needed.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role is highly desirable.
Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is an advantage.
