Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing automation, lead generation, and content creation. You will play a critical role in enhancing our outreach efforts and supporting our business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Automate and manage email outreach campaigns using SourceWhale.

– Write compelling and engaging email campaign content tailored to our audience.

– Generate, manage, and track leads to support business development goals.

– Ensure strong email validity and deliverability by managing email lists and performing regular data hygiene.

– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support candidate recruitment efforts.

– Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

– Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in marketing automation and email campaign management.

Proficiency in using SourceWhale or similar outreach platforms required. 

– Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

– Experience in lead generation and CRM management.

– Familiarity with email marketing best practices and deliverability strategies.

– Excellent research skills and attention to detail.

– Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Experience supporting a talent acquisition or executive search firm highly preferred.
