Marketing Operations Specialist (Hubspot)

We’re searching for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and take charge of integrating, optimizing, and managing our marketing tech stack. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who communicates clearly, analyzes strategies effectively, and executes tasks without the need for micromanagement. You should be adept at taking a Miro flowchart and transforming it into a seamless system within HubSpot, ensuring all parts of our marketing operations are connected and performing at their peak.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Management:

Set up, customize, and manage workflows, campaigns, and integrations.
Ensure all marketing efforts are integrated with HubSpot effectively.
Integration Specialist:

Integrate tools such as Zapier, Unbounce, Clay, RB2B, and PandaDoc with HubSpot to streamline operations.
Build and maintain automated workflows across the marketing stack.
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze data from Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms, ensuring accurate integration with HubSpot.
Generate concise, actionable reports to present results to stakeholders.
Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies based on data.
Strategy Execution:

Take a high-level strategy or Miro flowchart and execute flawlessly within the marketing tech stack.
Identify gaps and suggest improvements in processes and workflows.
Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Communicate progress, challenges, and results in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with HubSpot, Zapier, Unbounce, Clay, RB2B, and PandaDoc.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and CRM best practices.
Ability to analyze and interpret data from marketing platforms like Facebook and Google Ads.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
Experience with building and maintaining integrations between marketing tools.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with flowcharting tools like Miro and the ability to implement workflows from them.
Familiarity with advanced data visualization and reporting tools.
Background in B2B marketing operations.
