We’re looking for a skilled Meta Ads Media Buyer who can drive performance-focused campaigns, optimize ad performance, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Job Summary:
The Meta Ads Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, creating, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing high-converting campaigns, understands advanced targeting and testing methodologies, and thrives on delivering ROI for service-based businesses.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to meet lead generation goals for flooring contractors.
– Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing for creative, targeting, and ad placements.
– Analyze campaign data and provide performance reports with actionable recommendations.
– Create high-quality, engaging ad creatives (collaborating with designers as needed).
– Manage budgets effectively, maximizing ROI while controlling ad spend.
– Stay updated on Meta’s advertising policies and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
– Collaborate with the LeadLaunch Pros team to align campaign strategies with client objectives and guarantee results.
– Test new campaign strategies, such as lookalike audiences, retargeting, and innovative funnel approaches.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Media Buyer specializing in Facebook and Instagram Ads.
– A strong portfolio of successful Meta Ad campaigns, particularly in lead generation for service-based industries.
– Expertise in using Meta Ads Manager for audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and reporting.
– Familiarity with advanced features such as custom and lookalike audiences, pixel setup, and event tracking.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate performance metrics and strategies clearly. (must be fluent in English)
– A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
– Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and CRM systems is a plus.
