We are an accounting firm with a new NetSuite client (just transitioned from QBO) and need additional immediate and long-term support to meet deliverables for this client. A good fit will be long-term and will likely result in more work amongst our client portfolio (mostly QBO based.)
Immediate Need: Prep for 1/1/25 NetSuite Accounting Launch
Long term Need: Ongoing weekly NetSuite Accounting support
-Chart of Accounts re-formatting (priority)
-Bank Sync troubleshooting (priority)
– Weekly Transaction Coding
-AP Workflow support
-Reconciliations of banks, loans, credit cards, clearing accounts, sales tax accounts,
– Report optimization collaboration.
– Bonus if you can_ help create SOPs for client around accounting workflows. Example- help provide documentation to ops team about best-practice workflows for various types or returns and inventory updates.
– Bonus if you’ve business got tax filling chops.
Context- Transition from QBO to NetSuite occurred before we were brought in, so re-vamping the chart of accounts and getting good workflows together will be key. Our current team is training in NetSuite, but we need support whose NetSuite skills are beyond ours currently.
Our tools- Slack, Keeper, Gmail, 1Password, QBO, NetSuite. You’d access all secure environments with a company based Chrome Browser and Email.
