I am seeking not-for-profit consultant to assist with with I identifying NYC’S current needs so we can pair it with a not for profit organization. The ideal candidate must have experience with not for profits organizations that work in the transitional housing space. My companies goal is to be able to bring more value for the Not For Profits by having a consultant tell us what are the cities current needs so we may be able to get a property and and custom fit it for the RFP from the city. My goal is to bring the site, plus a financial plan and RFP written proposal for the not for profit. This way the not for profit benefits from having an initial plan along with a site to bring to the city.
