We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. In this role, you’ll engage with small business owners, assess their financial needs, and guide them through our tailored cash advance solutions. Your contributions will be essential to our mission of promoting business growth and financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Merchant Engagement: Build relationships with small business owners, explain our offerings, and negotiate terms to meet their unique needs.
• Financial Analysis: Assess merchants’ bank statements and financial data to determine eligibility for cash advances.
• Proposal Development: Create personalized cash advance proposals aligned with clients’ needs.
• Contract Review: Prepare and review contracts and agreements, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate expense, payment, and performance records.
• Software Proficiency: Manage records in Centrex Software and our CRM for streamlined operations.
• Effective Communication: Serve as the primary contact for merchants and ISOs, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Judgment and UCC Filing: Handle necessary documentation for judgments, including UCC filings.

• Self-starter with integrity and dedication to clients’ financial success.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, especially with small business owners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
• Exceptional multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and financial analysis knowledge.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales, finance, or customer service is a plus.
