We are seeking an organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations in our General Construction business that does a wide array of project types. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, scheduling inspections, submittal of permit applications for multiple jurisdictions, managing schedules, maintaining organized files on clients/sub-contractors and assisting the General Contractor with coordination of multiple projects.
Proactive communication between clients, municipalities, contractors, and suppliers will be a must to help enhance the overall efficiency of this growing business. A background in the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory. If you are detail-oriented, willing to learn and skilled in multitasking, we would love to hear from you!
