・Research the target audiences, Send requests and DMs to those who are connected.
・Interview them with only the two closed questions:
1 – “Do you text personal messages, such as feedback on projects, compliments, or appreciation, to your team member?”
2 – “Do you ever hesitate to send such personal messages when you want to because you respect their private time?”
・Achieve one founder who sign up for the app and invite team members into it.
・Get feedback from him/her.
