Operations Manager (Hands-On) – Digital Marketing

About Us

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in reputation management. We’ve experienced significant growth in the past few months and are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help us manage our operations.

The role is remote and requires you to work US working hours (45+ hours/week).

Responsibilities

Client Management:
-Customer payments management.
-Validate client contracts to ensure they meet our requirements.
-Manage customer orders and campaigns from start to finish.
-Ensure that all orders meet our high-quality standards.

Process Improvement:
-Work on initiatives to improve our processes, efficiency, sales, and conversions.
-Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation to streamline our operations.

Team Management:
-Manage and mentor a team of operations staff.
-Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team members are meeting deadlines.

Additional Responsibilities:
-Reporting: Prepare and analyze regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, project management, marketing, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce company.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Google apps and project management software.  
-Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
-A passion for digital marketing and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
