We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing company.
What We Need from You
As our Virtual Assistant, your tasks will include:
Administrative Tasks:
Managing email communications and responding to inquiries.
Organizing schedules, meetings, and webinars using tools like Google Calendar or Zoom.
Customer Interaction:
Helping clients through email and support systems.
Ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
Social Media Assistance:
Scheduling posts and engaging with comments on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Supporting social media campaigns with research and updates.
Tool Management:
Using Shopify, Klaviyo, and Quiz Kit (training provided if needed) to help with e-commerce and email marketing workflows.
Light Research:
Researching industry trends and preparing summarized reports.
Skills You’ll Need
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and tools like Microsoft Office.
Basic experience with social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
What You Can Expect
Work Style:
We believe in clear and open communication via Slack, email, and Zoom.
Tasks are assigned through project management tools, and we expect weekly updates on progress.
Flexibility:
This is a remote, part-time position (10–15 hours per week to start). Work hours are flexible, but we appreciate responsiveness for scheduled meetings or tasks.
Growth Opportunity:
Starting pay is $10–$15/hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for pay increases as the business grows.
