Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SaaS Cybersecurity Product Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our SaaS cybersecurity product by performing manual testing and organizing the testing process.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for our SaaS cybersecurity product.
Perform manual testing to identify defects and ensure that the product meets functional requirements and quality standards.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that defects are accurately reported and resolved.
Organize and manage the testing process to ensure that testing is completed on schedule.
Continuously improve the testing process by suggesting and implementing process improvements.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure that new features and enhancements meet quality standards.
Communicate testing results and defects to stakeholders, including the development team, product team, and senior management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in manual QA testing of SaaS products.
Excellent knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Strong attention to details and ability to identify and reproduce defects.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field – Advantage.
