Public records FOIA expert

Hi, I am a journalist that is looking for a FOIL public records expert that has obtained bodycam footage in the past from police departments in the United States. We do documentaries about what is really going on and in order to tell the stories, we need the bodycam footage. The most important part of this role is that you have obtained bodycam footage in the past and bonus if you have connections that can expedite the process. Willing to give a raise and increase the hours if you are qualified!
