• Automatic replies to user until the required data is collected for the request
• Retrieve data from our DB (per type of request)
• Support multi-agents (LLM) + self-hosted later (TelNYX for development stage)
• Create a Slack thread for each user request, reply on thread the user request + enriched data + suggest replies
• Allow Support management to approve/Edit of adjust, promote
• The candidate needs to be independent and cooperative
