QA Engineer

Testing Process Management: Manage the product testing process and implementation across the development workflow.
Test Case Execution and Maintenance: Maintain and execute both manual and automated test cases, documenting and updating as needed.
Automated Testing: Ensure post-deployment testing of new features as well as regression and smoke testing. Make sure automated testing can be used for smoke and regression testing.
Bug Tracking and Reporting: Use a deep understanding of users, requirements, and intended UX to identify and raise bugs and issues. Utilize Atlassian tools to track bugs encountered.
Collaborative Development: Engage with PM and product development early and throughout the development process to ensure upcoming features and releases have suitable tests identified and created.
Acceptance Criteria Development: Follow and help write acceptance criteria to improve the quality of product backlog items.
Test Suite Maintenance: Ensure the suite of tests (manual and automated) are maintained and reflect the state of production and active development.
Process Improvement Leadership: Champion good QA and testing practices and continuously work to improve the software development, quality, and release processes and practices.
