We’re looking for a skilled QuickBooks expert to help us optimize our financial processes. This is a short-term project of approximately 10 hours. If you have a strong grasp of QuickBooks and experience setting up, managing, and reviewing financial records, we’d love to work with you!
Responsibilities:
Review and clean up our current QuickBooks setup
Provide insights on improving our accounting processes
Assist in categorizing and reconciling recent transactions
Ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date
Answer any QuickBooks-related questions from our team
Requirements:
Proven experience with QuickBooks Online
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and complete tasks within the project timeframe
