Radiologist/neurologist needed to assess for chiari

I have an MRI of my brain that was read as normal by two radiologists but that my neurologist and grok said showed “low-lying cerebellar tonsils.”

I’m trying to measure the descent of the cerebellar tonsils (I’m confused who is right), but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right so I want someone to go through the mri (you will need a dicom viewer), find the best slices to measure, and then measure it for me. Then send me the image slices along with the measurements on them (the basion-opisthion line should be marked as well as the distance from there to the lowest part of the cerebellar tonsils (to show the degree of any herniation)).

I will send you a link to the MRI when I hire you.
