We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Associate.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sites with hard signalized intersections and high traffic counts.
Analyze and evaluate freeway on/off ramp properties to assess their viability,
Cold Call, Build, and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable real estate deals.
Must Be Fluent in English.
