Are you a people person with a passion for building relationships and closing deals? We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Lead Manager to join our Real Estate Wholesaling team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential sellers, responsible for creating a great first impression, nurturing leads, and qualifying prospects for our acquisition team.
As a Lead Manager, your primary goal is to connect with potential sellers, guide them through the selling process, and identify opportunities for our company to provide value. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between team members and maximizing deal potential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage with new leads through calls, texts, and emails.
– Build rapport and trust with potential sellers.
– Qualify leads based on established criteria.
– Guide sellers through the process of selling their property.
– Identify and seize deal opportunities.
– Maintain clear communication within the team to ensure seamless handoffs.
– Manage relationships with leads over time, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
