We are an expanding organization looking to acquire 10–100+ unit apartment buildings using creative financing, ideally contract-for-deed with little to no upfront payment. Our work is mission-critical, and there is no room for error. For confidentiality, full program details will be shared only with selected candidates.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate contract-for-deed deals (low or zero money down) with property owners.
Thoroughly assess potential properties alongside the Sourcer to ensure viability.
Structure transactions to reduce risk, leveraging creative financing.
Oversee contract finalization and manage the process until closing.
Requirements:
Proven track record in real estate negotiations and closings for multi-family properties.
Familiarity with creative financing (contract-for-deed, lease options, etc.).
Flawless attention to detail—no mistakes tolerated.
Ability to manage strict deadlines and stakeholder approvals.
Fluent in English
Perferably in midwest USA as well
