As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Reddit Expert to help us build our presence on Reddit and engage with communities that share our values.
Position Overview:
As a Reddit Expert at Pima Prima, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our presence on Reddit. You will engage with niche communities, share our content, and help us foster a positive brand image. You’ll be using pre-provided content to drive engagement and promote our sustainable, high-quality t-shirts to the right audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage Pima Prima’s presence on relevant subreddits, such as r/SustainableFashion, r/Embroidery, r/Handmade, and other related communities.
Engage in conversations and share our content in a way that is authentic and in line with Reddit’s guidelines.
Create posts, participate in discussions, and share our content to raise awareness about Pima Prima’s products and values.
Develop and manage Reddit-specific campaigns, such as giveaways, challenges, and discussions, to foster community engagement.
Monitor trends and discussions in relevant subreddits to identify opportunities for Pima Prima to participate.
Report on engagement metrics, content performance, and community growth.
Respond to questions and comments from Reddit users in a friendly, professional manner.
Use provided content to create compelling posts and adapt it to fit each subreddit’s tone and culture.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing or growing Reddit accounts, ideally for brands or businesses.
Strong understanding of Reddit etiquette and how to engage with niche communities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in meaningful, respectful discussions.
Experience with social media analytics to track and optimize performance (preferred but not required).
Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion, with an understanding of Pima cotton and its benefits.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
