Remote Sales Lead for After School Pottery Programs
**Location:** East Coast/Remote (focus on Fairfax County, Montgomery County, and Washington DC)
**Type:** Freelance/Contract

#### Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Lead Manager to help expand our summer camps & after school pottery program into elementary schools within Fairfax County, Montgomery County, and Washington DC.
This is a remote position aimed at connecting with Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs) and school administrators to secure bookings for our Spring workshops starting in March 2025. If you have a passion for arts education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in lead generation and sales, we want to hear from you!
#### Key Responsibilities:
– **Research and Identify Opportunities:**
– Conduct thorough research to identify elementary schools and PTAs in Fairfax County, Montgomery County, and Washington DC.
– Compile a list of potential leads, including contact information for decision-makers.
– **Outreach and Engagement:**
– Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan using digital communication tools to connect with PTAs and school administrators.
– Utilize email marketing, social media, and other online platforms to introduce our pottery program and its benefits.
– **Relationship Building:**
– Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at schools to understand their needs and how our program can fit into their after school offerings.
– Engage with PTAs and school communities through virtual meetings and events.
– **Lead Management:**
– Track and manage leads through a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
– Provide regular reports on outreach progress and lead conversions.
– **Collaboration:**
– Work closely with our marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials that highlight the value of our pottery program.
– Collaborate with the program instructor to ensure alignment on messaging and logistics.
#### Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the education or arts sector.
– Strong understanding of the elementary education landscape, especially within the PTA and after school program frameworks.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
– Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, CRM software).
– Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
