The ideal candidate should have experience either hacking Twilio or using other services that allow for ringless voice drops.
The main task will be to develop a system that can deliver voicemails to phone numbers without causing the phone to ring.
The programmer should be able to customize the delivery settings and integrate the system with our existing infrastructure.
Attention to detail and a strong understanding of telecommunication protocols are essential. Having created this before is a HUGE plus.
