ImmiNet Infrastructure, Inc., a minority-certified (DBE, MBE, and SME) provider of low-voltage infrastructure and secured access systems, is seeking an experienced Sales Compensation Model Design Specialist to create a Sales Compensation Package tailored to our new sales role. This package will ensure that our compensation structure is competitive, fair, and aligned with industry standards while supporting the growth goals of the company.

Objectives:

Commission Structure Development:
Create a comprehensive commission structure for government and commercial contracts.
Include tiered commissions and bonuses for securing new clients and multi-year contracts.
Propose ongoing revenue commissions for maintenance, renewals, or support contracts.

Documentation:
Provide a complete written document outlining the Sales Compensation Package, including commission structures and bonus opportunities.
Prepare final documentation necessary for employee onboarding related to the sales role.

Consultation:
Act as an advisor, offering insights and recommendations on sales compensation tailored to the unique needs of ImmiNet Infrastructure, Inc., as this is our first sales hire.

Timeline:
The project is expected to be completed within one (1) week to align with the urgency of filling the sales position.

Budget:
The budget for this project will be determined based on the selected freelancer’s hourly rate or fixed price, depending on the deliverables and complexity of the package.
