Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and a collaborative spirit to support our operational and administrative goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop Apex triggers, classes, and asynchronous processes (e.g., future methods, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex).
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce Pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Perform data manipulations using SOQL and SQL; experience with data warehouses like Azure is a plus.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems through API development (SOAP, REST, Bulk APIs).
• Create comprehensive Apex test classes and API callout test classes to ensure system reliability.
• Build detailed reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Implement and optimize automation processes, including Process Builder, Workflows, Flows, Approval Processes, and Apex Triggers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain organized documentation.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures.
• 3 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or Accounting domains.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data models, and enterprise implementations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communications Engineering or track record of relevant work experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive hourly rate: $12-15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
