Role Overview:
Form Customization: Design, implement, and manage custom forms within Salesforce to streamline data collection and improve user experience.
Account Maintenance: Manage and optimize Salesforce accounts to ensure accurate client tracking and foster smooth interactions.
Sales Pipeline Development: Build and refine a structured sales flow in Salesforce, aligning with business objectives to enhance efficiency.
System Customization: Create custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to extend system functionality.
Data Integrity Management: Ensure data accuracy across Salesforce, developing solutions to keep records clean and dependable.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand and implement their needs within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
Expertise in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
Demonstrated experience in creating and optimizing forms in Salesforce
Strong background in account management and sales process design within Salesforce.
Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification required.
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving expertise
Capable of working independently
