Project Description: We are looking for a freelance SBA loan consultant for a short-term engagement (2-4 hours/week), starting THIS WEEK. Your role will be to deepen our understanding of the SBA 7(a) loan process, evaluate different loan scenarios, and provide actionable insights through phone consultations.
Deliverables:
1-3 phone calls demonstrating a solid grasp of the SBA 7(a) process and project specifics.
Actionable insights and recommendations based on your analysis.

Responsibilities:
Review and analyze financial requirements and the buyer’s financial needs.
Summarize deals for lender proposals and evaluate alternative loan structures.
Provide clear, well-reasoned advice on the best approach.
Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of the SBA 7(a) process.
Proven success in securing SBA 7(a) loans.
Experience with integrating seller financing into SBA loans.
Experience in scenarios with no collateral from the purchaser.
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and projections.
Ability to navigate and resolve challenges related to SBA 7(a) program restrictions.
