What You’ll Do:
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other innovative platforms.
Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Identify, engage, and convert passive candidates into active ones.
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in passive recruiting or headhunting.
Results-Oriented: A track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill roles.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates.
