Job Description:
I am seeking an experienced Shopify developer to help me build a professional and motivational online store for my clothing brand. My brand will feature a diverse range of products, including male and female clothing lines, lingerie, fitness wear, rave wear, and eventually, men’s underwear, everyday casual wear, and more. The brand is unique as an all-in-one clothing line, and the website needs to reflect this, with a strong emphasis on motivation and inspiration.
Project Requirements:
1. Shopify Store Setup:
• Build and customize a Shopify store that aligns with my brand’s motivational and inspirational theme.
• Secure and integrate a domain name for the store.
2. Product Categories and Pages:
• Set up product categories including lingerie, fitness wear, rave wear, and future categories like men’s underwear and everyday casual wear.
• Design engaging and user-friendly product pages that showcase product variations (sizes, colors) with images that update based on selections.
3. Key Features:
• Pre-Sale Functionality: Implement a pre-sale system where customers can pre-order upcoming products.
• Add-Ons and Upsells: Create options for product add-ons and upsells during the checkout process.
• Email Collection: Set up a system for collecting customer emails, including pop-ups or embedded forms.
• Discount Wheel: Implement a discount wheel or similar feature to incentivize email sign-ups and increase conversions.
• Custom Layout: Design the best possible layout for the site, ensuring it’s easy to navigate and visually appealing.
4. Story and Brand Integration:
• Incorporate a section where I can share the story behind my brand, emphasizing the motivational aspects.
• Ensure the site’s design and copy reflect the brand’s mission of inspiration and motivation.
5. User Experience:
• Ensure a seamless shopping experience, with clear navigation, quick load times, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement best practices for SEO to help drive organic traffic.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in building and customizing Shopify stores, especially for fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with setting up product variations, pre-sale systems, and email collection tools on Shopify.
• Ability to integrate discount features like a wheel or other promotional tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate on the brand’s vision.
