We are an established BPO company looking for WFH agents for our project. Currently, we need Shopify expert who can speak English fluently. We offer stable WFH positions to professionals who are looking for long-term careers in this industry.
JOB DUTIES:
1) Configure and launch Shopify/Amazon stores, including setting up the company profile, payment gateways, shipping methods, and store policies.
2) Add and organize products with accurate descriptions, images, prices, and inventory tracking.
3) Design and customize the Shopify store layout, ensuring a user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive design across all devices.
4) Implement sales strategies, discounts, and promotions to maximize revenue.
5) Set up and manage third-party Shopify apps to enhance store functionality, including marketing tools, analytics, and customer service plugins.
6) Ensure the store is optimized for search engines (SEO) and delivers a fast, smooth shopping experience.
7) Oversee daily store operations, manage orders, returns, and customer inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
8) Track and report on sales performance, customer behavior, and website traffic to drive improvements in sales and conversions.
9) Perform routine updates and improvements to ensure the store is running smoothly and remains aligned with business goals.
10) Ensure smooth operations, optimize listings and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall customer experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Excellent fluency in the English language.
2) At least 2 years of experience in setting up and managing Shopify/Amazon store.
3) Firsthand experience with Shopify integrations, including payment gateways, shipping solutions, and marketing tools.
4) Hands on experience in managing various E-commerce platforms (preferred).
5) Proficiency with SEO optimization tools.
6) At least 1 year of prior working experience in E-commerce and Digital marketing (Preferred not mandatory).
7) Good understanding of online retail and customer behavior trends.
8) Detail oriented, determined, problem solving and time management skills.
OTHER WORK REQUIREMENTS:
1) Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
2) A headphone with a microphone (preferably a noise-canceling one).
3) Reliable computer device (at least 8 GB RAM).
4) Power and internet backup (if needed).
SCHEDULE: 9 AM to 5 PM EST
